SAHA is a curated marketplace that enables customers to discover and purchase products from trusted Egyptian brands.While products are supplied by independent partner brands, SAHA is responsible for managing the customer experience, including order support, payment processing, and customer service.

User Accounts:
Creating an account is required to place orders on SAHA.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information.Keeping their account credentials confidential.
- Updating their account information whenever necessary.
SAHA is not responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Acceptable Use:
By using SAHA, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Refrain from attempting unauthorized access to the platform.
- Avoid interfering with the security or functionality of the website.
- Not upload or transmit malicious software or harmful content.
- Not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or data scraping techniques without prior written permission.
- Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content available on SAHA without authorization.
- SAHA reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
Orders Submitting:
- An order does not constitute final acceptance.
-All orders are subject to review and confirmation by SAHA.
- SAHA reserves the right to:Accept or reject any order.
- Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.
- Cancel orders due to pricing, inventory, or technical errors.
- Request additional verification before processing an order.
- If a paid order is cancelled, the customer will receive a full refund using the original payment method whenever possible.

Product Availability:
Product availability is subject to inventory maintained by partner brands.If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, SAHA may:
- Offer a suitable replacement.
- Cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Product Information:
Product descriptions, specifications, sizing information, and images are provided by partner brands.
SAHA is not responsible for inaccurate information supplied by partner brands.
Minor variations in colors may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, or differences between display screens and shall not be considered product defects.
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size using the size guide provided.

Pricing:
- All prices displayed on SAHA are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Confirmed orders will always be charged according to the price displayed at the time the order was confirmed.
- SAHA reserves the right to cancel any order resulting from pricing errors, technical issues, or incorrect promotional discounts.
- In such cases, any paid amount will be refunded in full.

Payment Methods:
SAHA currently supports available payment methods displayed during checkout,
including:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Electronic Wallets
- InstaPay

Promotions & Discount:
Discount codes and promotional offers:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.

- SAHA reserves the right to cancel any promotion, discount, or coupon obtained or used through technical errors, unauthorized methods, or misuse.

Unexpected delays may occur due to operational circumstances or events beyond our reasonable control.
SAHA will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery-related issues.

Returns & Refunds:
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by SAHA's Return & Refund Policy.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have read and accepted that policy.

All content available on SAHA, including but not limited to:

- Logos

- Icons

- Branding
- Software Source code
is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reviews & User Content:
SAHA reserves the right to remove or reject any customer review or submitted content that includes:

Platform Availability:
SAHA may temporarily suspend access to the platform for maintenance, updates, security improvements, or technical reasons without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability:
SAHA provides its services on a best-effort basis.

Fraud Prevention:

In the event of any inconsistency between the Arabic and English versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
