Welcome to SAHA, Egypt’s multi-brand marketplace for trusted local brands. These terms explain how customers, brands, orders, payments, delivery, returns, and platform use work.
SAHA is a curated marketplace that enables customers to discover and purchase products from trusted Egyptian brands. Products are supplied by independent partner brands, while SAHA manages the customer experience, payment processing, order support, and customer service.
Creating an account is required to place orders on SAHA. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping login details confidential, and updating account information when needed.
SAHA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
SAHA may suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.
Submitting an order does not mean final acceptance. All orders are subject to review and confirmation by SAHA.
Product availability depends on inventory maintained by partner brands. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, SAHA may offer a suitable replacement or cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Descriptions, specifications, sizing information, and images are provided by partner brands. SAHA is not responsible for inaccurate information supplied by partner brands.
Minor color differences may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings and are not considered product defects. Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size using the available size guide.
SAHA supports the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery, electronic wallets, InstaPay, and other payment methods introduced later without prior notice.
Delivery times are estimates provided for convenience. Delays may happen due to operational circumstances or events outside reasonable control. SAHA will make reasonable efforts to help customers resolve delivery issues.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by SAHA’s Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, customers confirm that they have read and accepted that policy.
All SAHA content, including website design, logos, graphics, icons, text, images, branding, software, and source code, is protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without written permission from SAHA.
SAHA may remove or reject reviews or submitted content that includes offensive language, defamatory statements, false information, promotional content, external links, or content that violates applicable laws.
SAHA may temporarily suspend access to the platform for maintenance, updates, security improvements, or technical reasons without prior notice. SAHA is not liable for losses caused by temporary service interruptions.
SAHA provides its services on a best-effort basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAHA is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from platform use.
SAHA may suspend accounts, refuse transactions, and take legal action where fraud, policy abuse, unauthorized access, or unlawful conduct is suspected.
Your use of SAHA is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information according to that policy.
SAHA may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective once published. Continued platform use means acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from SAHA use is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent Egyptian courts.
If there is any inconsistency between Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version prevails.
مرحبًا بك في ساحة، منصة التسوق التي تربط العملاء بالعلامات التجارية المصرية الموثوقة. توضح هذه الشروط طريقة استخدام المنصة، الحسابات، الطلبات، الدفع، الشحن، الإرجاع، وحقوق الأطراف.
ساحة هي منصة إلكترونية تجمع نخبة من العلامات التجارية المصرية، وتتيح للعملاء اكتشاف وشراء منتجاتها بسهولة. ورغم أن المنتجات يتم توفيرها من العلامات التجارية الشريكة، فإن ساحة مسؤولة عن إدارة تجربة العميل، دعم الطلبات، معالجة المدفوعات، وخدمة العملاء.
يشترط إنشاء حساب لإتمام الشراء. يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تقديم بيانات صحيحة وكاملة، الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول، وتحديث بياناته عند الحاجة. لا تتحمل ساحة مسؤولية التأخير أو فشل التوصيل الناتج عن بيانات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة.
يلتزم المستخدم باستخدام المنصة للأغراض القانونية فقط، وعدم محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به، أو تعطيل الموقع، أو استخدام أدوات آلية أو نسخ محتوى المنصة دون إذن كتابي. تحتفظ ساحة بحق تعليق أو إغلاق الحسابات المخالفة.
إرسال الطلب لا يعني قبوله نهائيًا. تخضع جميع الطلبات للمراجعة والتأكيد من ساحة، ويجوز قبولها أو رفضها أو إلغاؤها في حالات الاحتيال، أخطاء الأسعار، نفاد المخزون، الأخطاء التقنية، أو الحاجة إلى تحقق إضافي. في حال إلغاء طلب مدفوع، يتم رد المبلغ متى كان ذلك ممكنًا بنفس وسيلة الدفع.
يعتمد توافر المنتجات على مخزون العلامات التجارية. وقد يتم تقديم بديل مناسب أو إلغاء الطلب ورد المبلغ إذا أصبح المنتج غير متاح. معلومات المنتجات والصور والمقاسات مقدمة من العلامات التجارية، وقد تختلف الألوان قليلًا بسبب الإضاءة أو الشاشات.
تعرض الأسعار بالجنيه المصري ما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك، وقد تتغير دون إشعار مسبق. يتم احتساب الطلب بالسعر الظاهر وقت التأكيد. تدعم ساحة وسائل الدفع المتاحة في صفحة الدفع، مثل الدفع عند الاستلام، المحافظ الإلكترونية، إنستاباي، وأي وسائل أخرى مستقبلية.
أكواد الخصم لا تستبدل نقدًا، وقد تكون مرتبطة بمدة صلاحية أو حد أدنى للطلب. يحق لساحة تعديل أو إلغاء أي عرض أو كوبون في حال وجود خطأ تقني، إساءة استخدام، وسيلة غير مصرح بها، أو إنشاء حسابات متعددة للاستفادة من العروض.
مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية وقد تحدث تأخيرات لأسباب تشغيلية أو خارجة عن الإرادة. تخضع عمليات الإرجاع والاستبدال والاسترداد لسياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد الخاصة بساحة، ويقر العميل بقبولها عند إتمام الشراء.
جميع محتويات ساحة، بما في ذلك التصميم، الشعارات، الصور، النصوص، الهوية البصرية، البرمجيات، والأكواد، محمية بقوانين الملكية الفكرية ولا يجوز استخدامها أو نسخها أو تعديلها دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة.
تحتفظ ساحة بحق حذف أو رفض أي تقييم أو محتوى يتضمن إساءة، تشهير، معلومات مضللة، إعلانات، روابط خارجية، أو مخالفة قانونية.
يجوز لساحة إيقاف المنصة مؤقتًا للصيانة أو التحديثات أو الأسباب التقنية دون إشعار مسبق. تقدم ساحة خدماتها بأفضل جهد ممكن ولا تتحمل، في حدود القانون، أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية نتيجة استخدام المنصة.
يحق لساحة تعليق الحسابات، رفض الطلبات، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية عند الاشتباه في احتيال أو إساءة استخدام أو وصول غير مصرح به. يخضع استخدامك للمنصة أيضًا لسياسة الخصوصية.
يجوز لساحة تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، وتصبح التعديلات سارية بعد نشرها. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية وتختص المحاكم المصرية بالنظر في أي نزاع. في حال اختلاف النسخة العربية والإنجليزية، تكون النسخة العربية هي المرجع المعتمد.
